Thank you for finding us! We're so excited for you to start making gorgeous modern jewelry using our designs & exclusive kits! Here are a few details to make the ordering process smooth & seamless for you.

All orders are shipped in the order they are received within 1-2 business days. Please note that our Jewelry Kits are individually made to order & generally ship within 5 business days. Member's orders are prioritized. Please indicate in your order notes if you need the order by a certain date & we will make it happen!

We accept all major credit cards & all domestic orders (USA only!) over $50 ship for FREE! We use USPS & tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships!  If you do not wish to have a copy of your invoice included in your order, please mention this in your order notes.

NOTE: Free Shipping does not apply to International Orders. We will email you a separate invoice with a link to pay the shipping total within 48 hours. International Orders will be canceled if shipping is not paid by that time. 

We honor a flexible return & exchange policy. If there is any problem with your order, we'll fix it immediately with a replacement or refund.  Generally Estate Sale or discounted items cannot be returned, but we'll definitely do our best to make it right! Customer satisfaction has been the top priority in our business since we opened The Bead Factory in Tacoma in 1992. 

Local to Tacoma? In-person pick up of orders over $100 can be arranged with advanced notice.
